It's called trainer. You can get them at GCW for example.
That mean i can use trainer for singleplayer n multiplayer?
You can try but I wouldn't. Just use those trainers for singleplayer. If you want stuff for multiplayer it seems you can't get around paid stuff.
No free undetected trainers now ._.
