Sorry for asking, but i want to know how you get banned, how long it takes you to get banned just before i download anything... please replay

Any hack whatsoever will get you banned permanently.
In order to stay safe, I recommend before you download a program you look at the last post of a thread. If the lasts few posts say "it works! thanks" then it's probably safe to use (for now). If the lasts few posts say "doesn't work!" "got banned for this!" "it's detected" then it's probably not safe to use.
99% of hacks get patched sooner or later, so you gotta be on your toes unless you wanna get banned
