When I try to download a file it says i am not logged in (i am logged in), then when i log in it tells me to change my password because its expired (which i just did)

change your password and try again.
Do what it says, then try it again.
lol i changed my password about 3 times, then cleared all cookies etc. still didn't work, its started working now though... lol
Try clearing browser history and Autofill form data.
