I need help its just a rar file...how do i use it?

Extract it using an archiver like 7-Zip, WinRar, WinZip, IzArc,... and double click it to start it.

i can quickscope better without this tool, but nice for beginners!

This is pretty neat! I used to use it on 1v1s

You should add controller support. I use an xbox one controller and this doesn't work.
