so what do i need to do to get this to work? i started the exe and went into bo2 (it was already open) and got into a TDM game and selected the DSR50 but even if i scope in and shoot it isnt automated at all, isnt it supposed to ajust the aim so that it hits?

Lol no, it's not an aimbot. It would probably be detected by now if that was the case.

I have no idea how to use this thing or if it even works as of 2016

Seems to make a "Perfect Quick Scope" when you start to shoot/scope.

It should be fine. I used it a few days ago but; if you're worried about getting banned. There is always a risk to get banned

It'll be at the bottom right of your screen at the ^ button and just right click it and exit it.

Props to you for getting this popular over a script that can be made in AutoHotKey which would take literally all of 10 seconds. Guess people are just too lazy
