I just rejailbroke my ipod, but I just heard that hackulous/installous doesn't work anymore. What are other ways to get free apps on a jailbroken Ipod?

Get AppSync from Cydia, not sure if it still works though.
But after that you can download cracked ipa files online, then use iFunBox to transfer them onto your device.
