Can Black Ops 2 Hacks made by Python?

I was wondering if i can black ops 2 hacks using python, because i am pretty familiar with python. Anybody have any ideas? i haven't really tried to do it with python though information appreciated thanks

I think, yes, you can. Use the following API functions: GetWindowThreadProcessId, OpenProcess, WriteProcessMemory, ReadProcessMemory. Good luck.
