I have the original CD Key, but play just on Private Hives using hacks. Today, when I enter in dayz, I see the message of Global Ban, but I play just on Private Hives! I can get Global Ban in Private Hives?

Yes if the server has battleye then you can be global banned. Just because a server isn't a public hive doesn't mean it doesn't have battleye they are completely unrelated.

If the server has battleye enabled then you can get a global banned for it.
