Yeah, but can't he put a post restriction? So that the leechers would have to post a certain amount of posts, before they get access to that section.
That reminds me of curse >_>; but then you have to clean up all the spam the people make just to get the post count to enter...
Cause people not being able to search is their own fault like the adult section part is waste of bandwith/space and there is a topic with XXX passes but people cant just browse through it and cant access a damn porn site.

i personaly don't want to turn this into a warez forum.

Yup that will definatly not be worth the effort...if anything a password protected ftp would be much better
restrict the dl section so that a admin or mod has to activley register you as a good poster an someone who contributes to the comunity
