Telekill/RemoteKill
Hey guys, I have a few questions. Is remote kill revolved around Send To Server? Is Telekill or RemoteKill easier for someone who is starting out?

Both of those things shouldn't be looked at yet if you're just starting out. Especially remote kill.

Alright, where would you recommend I look to get a better understanding of how Combat Arms works and what I will need to know?

this advice is related to making hacks, but find and look through as many bases as you can. I've been doing that, and I've learned quite alot from it.

Telekill is easier but like Flengo said, you shouldn't start out with any of those. Start out with the console vars instead (PTC). MPGH is a good place to look, look at some old bases and search the forum for specific questions or snippets of code. There's a lot here.
