Please Help Me !!!

I have downloaded an Anti-Lag program from the A.V.A Hacks Section and it raised my ping hardly. After it raised my ping,I have uninstalled the program and now I got my old ping (about 60-70) , but I have a problem..
The problem is that whenever I am playing a game , my soldier keeps teleporting around the map.. I have tried rebooting my PC, reinstalling AVA and all those things but still didn't work. I also did a virus scan but still nothing.. What else can I do? Please,help me, I really need to solve this problem to play again :|

Can you please give us some more information, like the specs of your p.c, what OS your using etc... I can already recommend CCleaner to clean your computer, this might improve its performance.

If anything you could always try a system restore. That works sometimes

To reduce pings/lags try to forward ports on your router (if you have one), don't trust programs that reduce lags...
To resolve your problem with teleporting I recommend you clean your windows' register and check programs like @Sound0fDeath says
