How to make tittle image..

Well i saw a lot of people have requested liz to change their tittle with their own image
how can i make an image? or could anyone do it for me? i will pay 1$ :P
help

Might wanna explain what you want, and i just did it in Paint, i know it looks horrible but i like it

Background Colour: (Please be as specific as possible, eg 'Dark Blue/Navy' instead of 'Blue')
Text: (7 Characters at max, or 8 with a reduced font size)

Learn how to use ps by yourself. It isn't hard...

Learn Photoshop or GIMP.
