iPhone 4/4s Need Help !

Someone stole my iPhone today while I was playing Basketball at the Court . I took my sweats and set it down on the bench and put my phone inside the pockets of my Sweatpants, and checked after 1 Hour to find out that someone stole my Phone. I need help on how to track it down or whatever.

-I dont have the "Find my iPhone" app
-I turned iCloud off
-It is contracted to AT&T
-It has Data and Services (Wifi everywhere etc.)

Please help me with any Suggestions ! I just dont wanna call AT&T have them turn it off cos not only did I waste my mom's money on it cos it was a christmas gift from her. Please Help ! I will tell more info on it , if needed.

Why in the world would you turn iCloud off?

You should of always install the find my iPhone app.

Try locate your SIM card. (I believe you need a SIM to get all those wifi everywhere.)

This must be done with your SIM card's company .. Call them and let them help you
