how to set fps

how do i set fps to 5 for doing the air wall pass

Install Fraps in [Fraps.c0m] and then Open it and Press [Movies]>[Video Capturing Settings [Choose the 29.97 or sumthing else u have and replace with 5]>Video Capture Hotkey (put anything)>Go Crossfire>Go into a map that ppl will glitch> and when you jump + crouch to the wall press the (Video Capture Hotkey) and see if u get in (it will lower ur FPS) then if u dont try again. if u do press the Video capture Hotkey and release all ur FPS out again.
