I have a $30 UGC card but there are only $20, and $10 options (for NA), so if I buy the $20 one can I still buy another $10 one?

yes you can.

Yes. Just remember your paybycash email/password.

When you buy the 20k zp. Put in your paybycash email, enter the ugc pin. Buy the zp. Go back to the deposit page, select ugc 10k. Use that paybycash email to use the currency that was left over from your previous ugc.
