I just got into a car accident yesterday.
I was going out of my way to pick someone upp to drop off for extra cash at my job, right before I pull into the parking lot, this car comes barreling down the road, way above the speed limit, and crashes into my front end.
They totaled their car, but mine is almost intact, lets just say it can run, but not too far. Though the car is doing well, I'm a bit fucked up right noow and I am going to be out of work for a few days.
I seriously hate my life right now, I just got the money saved up to go to college and it is going into my fucking car. I know my insurance will take care of the charges, but I live in newjersey and they have the worst insurance policies, aside from newyork city and washington dc.
Right after the accident occured, I had this horrible-ass concussion followed with whiplash, I was just too dumb to see the paramedics when they arrived.
Anyways, what I really wanted to discuss, is that did any of you guys ever experience a point where you've been busting you're ass for something, and by the time you got what you were working so hard for, you then get magically fucked in the ass by some idiot???
I know my insurance should cover the accident, but my rates are going to go up, regardless if I am right or wrong. So pretty much what i'm trying to say is, even though I managed to save cash for college tuition, I'm going to be spending that cash on my insurance rates rather than my education.......
I'm having a wonderful summer already, I just got hired at a hospital thats three towns away from my house too, I don't even know how I'm going to get there, I think I might get fired soon.
besides my little rant on how fucked my life is at the moment, I just wanted to discuss if any of you had to deal with retarded scenarios like the one I had so far, and the sad thing is, the car accident is the least of my problems, how fucked is that.(the rest is too long too explain, very much like the car accident)
