How can i get Minecraft on Xbox? Should i buy key or Xbox Live points?

Well, I don't play XBOX, but I think you can buy it either way.. Though to be safe, I recommend you buy it with XBL points. That's how one of my friends bought it.

Do i have to buy Xbox live points from official website,or can i buy it at some other store? I search it and i saw a lot of good prices in some stores' offer. And in official website it cost more.

You can buy it off the official store and any other store. If you buy from any other store, I'd suggest maybe from amazon or ebay and make sure the seller has a good % feedback so you know you're not getting scammed.

I bought it with MSP, as back then I believe that was the only way. Both methods are pretty much the same, One you buy a key, other you buy points and have left over points for dlc maybe.
