Paypal help

Im trying to verify my paypal but i don't have a credit card atm.. i know there was this one place where you could sign up for a "fake" one and it would
work.. I'm just tryn to verify my paypal so i could get money sent to me.. because i won an Sotw on another site and the reward was $10 lol and i could really use that on c9

Eh, I used the Canada method. Signed up to Paypal using Canada as my country and then also using a fake canada address. You're allowed to send up to 3000$ a month I think.. That's the max. Though, I have no problem with buying stuff online, or sending money. Though, if you want the restriction off you have to verify.

and i only have a savings account and not a checking account, But i remember maybe 2 years back there was a site where you could fill out a credit card or wha not and it would show all the details on that card dealing with the number the exp date and the csv code.. but not sure if that site still excists or not.. or if there is other ones like that.. that would help me verify my account.

I'm from the US as well. Sign up to Paypal and make sure you use Canada as your country. Go to Google maps and find some random address from Canada and use that for your city, address, etc. Then, what I said in my last post, all that applies. Free to send up to 3000$ (either every month, or year I don't know).

Do you have to verify it?

You can send and receive money on paypal I believe. If you're not verified, you have a limit as to how much money you can send and receive I think. Or maybe just send. Not sure. Unless that specific site wants your pp to be verified, pretty sure you can still get the $10
