GhostMode GR Pinpoint

Hey guys i just start to like ghost mode as a GR but i have a problem...I know how to pinpoint and i use /s 100 and /s 0 but it's very hard to tip every time...And the gun sound and foot step just break my ear.So my questions are:Can i set to hear only the ghosts(not whit /s 0 when i'm near)or can i download a program that can i set (like macros) /s 100/0 on a key and when press it it just activate?

agree with u....the biggest problem is with x-crap and HGWC
try to play with the sound setting menu
