The waiting when you send a ticket to recover an account you lost a year ago and you are waiting for a response from z8.

It Takes Forever

It takes only about a day or less for them to usually respond.

You gotta realize , hundreds of people report nonsense everyday. I know that feeling. Requested to get a name that was already taken but the guy hasn't logged in sice 2009 , took them a week to finally change it.

Its been 2 days ahhhhh

3 days now.

i get them in 12 hours or less

Remember that the support team doesn't work on holidays and weekends so they will probably answer you aftet 2-3 more days
