I haven't really seen anyone get IP'd. But it's possible.
Ip ban on maplestory? My friend hacked a ton of times on it and got banned multiple times, but never ip banned

lolNexon won't ban by IP for hacking. They will IP ban you for other things though. Usually it would be related to stealing accounts. For example, say if you have 20 different accounts log in at your IP in one day, and they were all originally from a different IP. Nexon might find that suspicious and ban your IP address from the game to protect the accounts.
