Basically you'll need a BattlEye bypass and some scripts, there are websites that do sell bypasses that will come with scripts but we are not aloud to post any links here.
You're better off waiting for a hack to be released to the public if you'd like to hack, and if you do hack I suggest buying some keys from this section: DayZ Selling / Trading / Buying - MPGH - MultiPlayer Game Hacking & Cheats - Hacks, Cheats, Downloads, Trainers, Games

You should look this link: http://www.mpgh.net/forum/624-dayz-h...-sd333221.html

Survival hack 3.3 is a great way to spawn vehicles, weapons, tools, med supplies, etc. Some kids are saying that it's detected but I've been blatantly hacking on private hives for the past week or so and haven't received a global ban.
