Can do something to unban him?

This is what you get for trying to scam a online game provider.

for every $1 you scammed them, they'll probably charge you 10.

Chargeback = you take the moni back -> scam -> you banned until you dont refund everything.

He like used a fake credit card or somthing and used all of the scammed zp, he's banned until he pays them back.
