Help me register

Hii guyz,
I wanted to register at ragnarok.co.kr
Please some 1 register a account for me,
I m not a korean citizen,
Somehow I managed to register but at the last step at the encryption thing it goes on loading and loading ... till half hr i have to close it manually and reigstration is not complete.

Please help me register.
