Here is a demonstration:
Code:
If TextBox1.Text.Length > 10 Then
            Dim x As Integer = TextBox1.Text.Length - 1
            TextBox1.Text = TextBox1.Text.Remove(7, x - 7)
            TextBox1.AppendText("...")
        End If
This will simply remove remainder characters if its over 7 characters long and also add "..." to the end of it, meaning there are more characters.
Thanks , i was looking how to do that but google searches were only asp.net or something incorrectly :P

I don't understand what you mean by the resolution part, but you can use label1.text = label1.text & "..." as abuckau907 said

Code:
Dim SHeight As Integer = Screen.PrimaryScreen.WorkingArea.Height
Dim SWidth As Integer = Screen.PrimaryScreen.WorkingArea.Width
Or just maximizing your app should work too

the power went out so it explode and 1 min after when my mum set power on it explode again so i have to see what part of comp is damaged :P
"and Label1.AppendText("...") doesnt exist"

so use Label1.Text = Label1.Text + "Something Else"?? Did you even try on this one..
aka there is no problem. Unless you manually typed in the size? Just set FullScreen= True, or FormBorderStyle = , or whatever the .Property is, instead of manually typing in the size. (?)
MY Computor explode ! its not working ! idk if im gonna save this project :'(
