World Loading Bug...

It basically means that the you have lost connection to the server, but it's so slow the game hasn't realized that it has disconnected because it's still receiving old info at a very slow rate. If this happens, then you should immediately close whatever you're playing it in because you may lose your character. (it has happened to me several times before)

Fix for chrome is this:

Step 1: Go to the address bar and insert this without the quotations. "chrome://plugins/"

Step 2: Find Adobe Flash Player

Step 3: There should be 2 or more shockwave flash players in here, disable the one that has a file location that ends with this: \24.0.1312.52\PepperFlash\pepflashplayer.dll

Or something like that. Try now, should have fixed it.

If your internet is shit anyways, and normally get lag. Then this won't help, only for the people that very recently started getting this type of lag.

@yoshimitsu123 thanks, worked for me, although disabling it makes the game work like crap, it's still better than that horrible lag.
