key generator please!

I had an Idea for the key changer/ban checker. to make a program that generates a set number of keys and theyre all 24 characters long. Click generate and it make 1-1000 different keys that may work or may not. eventually after 25000 different generated key you might get only one of coarse, but that would be worth it. It would need to have letters and numbers that would generate with less than 25% numbers. Say the key is 106F-587M7-E3970-J3994-H7647, that wouldnt be generated because there is too many numbers, it would look more like FD1F-2MV0C-4GRH2-SRH82-KK98S. if you were to copy them and put them into a notepad and save them, then you could do a mass check/ ban check and possibly have one. if theres already one out there, i would LOVE a link to it
