Autorun usb

Hi i would like to know if it is possible to run a program from a usb just by plugging it in in a computer for first time without showing autoplay message.

plus i already know about the autorun.inf method but autoplay message pops up.

Ive been looking into this for 2 weeks and i still haven't found anything, it seems they disabled proper autorun in windows 7
