HelpVoid mod, UI mod

Hello, I am new to this kinda stuff.

I was wondering if there was a working KR voice mod? I saw some people post about it, but I did not know if they were out of date. Also, is there any UI mod? I hate the current one. :s

There used to be one a few months ago, I believe it still exists, however there are a lot of people that were banned because of it.
Apparently to modify sounds (unlike normal Source-Engine Games) they are encrypted and the only way is using a .dll which is giving people bans.
I don't recommend it.
