CF Login Screen - Help

Hi guys.. i need help about basicly Requirements and programs i have to have to make login screen's..I'm very interested in being an very activ not just by posting posts or comments than making login screens also
i got'a friend wich will help me make it..but i need u to give me all programs i must have..
AND, can i get directly download link pls ?

Get the PS cs 6 in the post above, and then read the sticky on how to make them by gab in the section and your good to go, but you don't need VB.
