Well I recently got Global banned On Dayz.I Thought I could Rebuy the Game.I Really Dont want to Make another acount or Spent 29.99 on a Combine.Is there some way to Rebuy my Arma Oa??

Yeah just buy a key from the market place and use darkys keychanger to change the key! Some sellers give a warantee so if you get banned again in a certain amount of time they get you a new one.. same for in-use!

Well i Just found out on Steam.Can i Purchase Another Arma 2 oa which I already own as a Gift for myself Since Buy fro Myself is Block
Wow. Dont be greedy. There always is a chance of getting banned when hacking. So either jump through the burning loop and pay 2$ a month which would be 24$ a year -> Less than a legit copy or stop hacking.
I can give you a key for 3.5. It'll include a lifetime warranty which means, that if you ever get banned, I'll give you a new one

Don't buy it on Steam. Also, if you have a new key don't launch it again through steam. EVER.
