RAR-ZIP

Is there a program that can change a .rar file into a .zip file?
For like hacks,files,etc...
If possible,upload it onto mpgh...thanks

right click and extract the compressed file to a folder. Then you can right click that folder and select compress that file. In the new window that will popup, there will be an option to compress it to a rar or a zip file.

I think this is how...
