Using two hacks at the same time?

Is this possible say if i use Survival hack and Twisted's menu? Or no, because i hate the player esp and the stuff on twisteds but hate the limited options of survival hack, is it possible?

I have done it. With TMC's bypasser as well as SH. Try and see if it works for you
