Did You buy z8points before ?? On Your acc???
IF you have 2 transaction ids go submit the ticket Z8Games - Support
and tell them all the information You know and add the 2 transaction ids [IF you have them]
They will verify the ids then they will ask You what email You like To set for Your acc / SQ

Try using "Web Form" if you get so many of the answers correct, they will get your account back.

i had the same problem
in cf eu, i was that big lvl in 7th month 2012.
there was not so many big lvls, ofc were but not as today
i was so sad
i was writing to cf, to everyone..but u cant do it..
first they start to log in, after they somehow change ID or pass and its over.. forget for acc

It's your fault that you lost the account, contact their support, they may or may not help you
