Your screeen rez is way too small for anyone too see what your doing.
And you should use Xfire to livestream ingame you will notice that is alot easier....and you can connect your twitch to it

Well, we already have windows that CAN open in the cockpit, but they're locked during flight. Windows for the cabin is retarded, you would lose cabin pressure and anything that decides to fly away.
