Amount of posts before entering marketplace.

I think that the idea of making the person post a certain amount of times before entering the marketplace could slow down the rate of banned scammers trying to return to the site. Say about, 50 - 100 posts before entering marketplace? I really think this idea would work. But of course, this idea has its share of problems:

1. Spammers attacking sections to get post count up

Doesn't matter how many posts the person has.
Eventually the scammer will get to the required posts and will start scamming.
And, even a lot of people that have a lot of posts can start to scam.
We basically have no control and no idea of when or who will do it.
Ultimately, it won't make a difference

That's sort of like vouching..
All in all, it should be a requirement to use OMM instead of a recommendation.
Our only major issue now is basically charge backs and account recovery.
