💡 Is This Possible?

I was messing around with the hfs files and in the Heroes.db3 file I found the enchantment dice info for how many bryns the elixirs give you but just like I thought it was server sided. However if you could open the enchantment menu on a boat where your the host would that make it client sided? And if so is there even a way to open up shops when your not in town? Basically what I'm asking is whats the definition of server sided? and does this fit under that category?
