STEP ONE:
First, make sure your MapleStory Folder is updated to Global MapleStory v.70. (It’s the newest version, to make sure you’re on v70, just see if you can connect to MapleGlobal)

-Go to http://www.destinyms.net/downloads.php?download=patchesⓘ for an entire list of manual patches from v0.55 to v0.70

STEP TWO:
Download OpenVPN (Free File Hosting & Video Downloads, Free File Sharing, Online Friends Network - *****ⓘ) and INSTALL IT. (Install ALL COMPONENTS)
During installation, you may run into some problems/errors.
Here are some errors and solutions, if you have an error that is not listed below, please create a new thread in THIS FORUM:Destiny Community - Powered by vBulletinⓘ

After you successfully installed OpenVPN, download the DestinyMS CLIENT and SAVE it to your MapleStory v0.70 folder. Link:http://dmsreborn.rpm-host.com/DestinyMS.exeⓘ
Note: You do NOT need to double click the OpenVPN shortcut on your desktop to play DestinyMS. Sorry about the confusion

STEP THREE: - Open up the DestinyMS client. If you are on Vista, remember to run as an Administrator.

When you just open the client, it should be a black.bat thing then wait till u see: Initialization Sequence Completed

NOTE: KEEP THIS WINDOW OPEN AT ALL TIMES WHILE YOU ARE PLAYING DESTINYMS.

STEP FOUR:Now all you do is open MapleStory normally, like you would if you were playing MapleGlobal! The launcher and Hackshield will load just like in MapleGlobal. Wait for it… and you’re IN DESTINYMS V0.70!!!

EXTRA INFO:
- You do not need OpenVPN GUI to play DestinyMS, it has been discovered that it is unnecessary.
- The black window MUST be kept open while you are playing DestinyMS.
- To play MapleGlobal, just open MapleStory like you would normally do without opening the DestinyMS client.

Tada, you’re on our new v.70 DestinyMS Server! Enjoy.
