I have Only 40 GB ... IN MonTh
And I play 5 hours every Day

We don't know exactly. You go on webpages which also contribute to bandwidth. Cross Fire won't cap your bandwidth if you're running only that and nothing else. If you don't want your internet capped then spend less time on the computer. Increasing your bandwidth size is out of the question unless you're willing to upgrade to something higher.
