How do I run the scripts?

So, I'm a newb to this and I need help. I think I may have Rustlers menu, but I am not sure. I have a folder called "scr", and another called "TM" which includes 3 files called antilock, antimonkeybitch, and startMenu.

So, can anyone help me set it up? Please try to be specific when giving instructions, thanks.
