Hmm, the flow of the sig going a different way to what the focal point is.. It doesn't look right because of that. Plus looks like you've only added a stock as the background, then duplicated the spiderman and motion blurred it a few time, changed the layer style a few times, then smudged another duplicated layer of spiderman. Also looks like you've added some clipping masks, or some C4D's set to overlay, which totally need removing. If you could get the flow of the sig to match the focal points, then it would be good. Until then it looks a mess.

Hes saying theres too much stuff on it, and make the render stand out more

It looks better, but still the focal point goes a little-bit to the text

yeah i no i no i cant put ur eyes to render its hard i might aswell put no words :s

Dont leave a bunch of space on the left

even the two spaces out, move the render to the left, create clipping masks on the text(as long as its readable) to blend it, put the light on the opposite side, brighten the render, use the burn tool on the bg(low opacity), and kinda blur it about 1px
