Using a custom menu with VA?

Hi guys, im asking for a friend here. He bought the VA bypass, and now he wants to know if its compatible with Silents Menu? Can he get banned for using the menu? Can he also use the WUAT menu?

Im currently using VA and that same menu, have been all day/night to extent.

Havn't been banned yet.

VA is undetectable.
