You buy everything (radiator, pump, tubing, waterblock, etc.) separately or as a kit and put it together yourself? I don't understand the question...

I want to actualy have both options considering all i can find is mostly closed circuit crap from corsair and coolermaster...

You buy the tubing, the water blocks, and the pump all seperately and then put them together yourself. Newegg doesnt usually carry the stuff needed for it, only a few kits and such. Plus the H-series are actually really good self contained LC options.

You will have to excuse the shitty lighting and awful pics, my phone has a terrible camera, and I CBF to move this 60 pound hunk to get really good pictures.

Currently my cable management is only OK, and my sleeving job was not exactly what I wanted. My molex tool kit didnt do the job so I just gave up and only sleeved the SATA cords and a couple loose ones laying around.

Speaking as someone with high moderate Photoshop skills, I can confirm with almost 95% certainty that his photo is legit.
If you would like me to go deeper into reason to how I drew that conclusion just let me know.
