yeah you can use things like this

search this on string: private ["_dummy"]; _dummy = [_this,"onload"] execVM "\ca\ui\scripts\dedicatedServerInterface.sqf";

And replace with this: private ["_dummy"]; _dummy = [_this,"onload"] execVM "\wuat\vet@start.sqf"

but thats for wuat menu i need the second part for this menu

You'd have to edit the directories for where it loads the scripts up, and I doubt you could figure out how, Maybe someone on here will show you.

yes you need a bypass.

its just a menu. you open it in game and click the cheat you want to use. cant get any easier
