Working Bot? LOL

So I used to play vin in the old days and used bots to level my chars.

Recently I decided I wanted to play again because of the new chars and so naturally came here looking for a bot.

What surprised me is that, contradictory from the olden days, there is no bot that I can see.

But how is this possible? There was always a working bot.

So naturally I assumed there must be something I am missing and thus posted here.

EDIT: Also, did botting get a hell of a lot harder? That shouldn't be...I don't want to be a noob at this all over again
