Waaay to basic.
The font is a biit to small. :L
& the left side is pretty boring.

I have to totally disagree with zhellbound, just because it's basic, doesn't mean it's bad, i'm tired of all the supposed graphic designers who recently overcrowd their desings with C4D's, and make them look busy, and horrible. Not too much adding a few C4D clipping masks, requires no technical skill.
As for the sig. The text is really nice, good colour choice. The background is superbly blended into the lighting source. The brushing is nicely done, the white box, i'm guesing marquee tool, then fill white, with lowered opacity. It adds a nice effect, but i'd try to bring the render above that and test what it looks like. It's a nice simple sig. I like it, good job.
