Yeah usually happens when you use a hack but you switch to a different window then come back to that one and it freezes/ gives u that msg, or the hack is messing with your game.

ill thanks you if you tell me how to resolve it should i zip all my hacks email them to myself and delete them off my comp and unzip again?

no just delete all the history in your web browser e.g internet explorer or firefox !
