PvP for guilds

In the January Content Update patch notes it says
"The January Content Update is now live, bringing new features like the Guild PVP Death Match to Vindictus. Kick it into high gear because you don’t want to miss out on this month’s new additions!"

But it doesn't seem that it's working at the moment (or I might be doing something wrong).

I am looking forward to trying this out.
I'm just a bit worried with the fact that gears might be the main reason a guild wins.

Not just gear but skill.....Skill and Tactic will play a bigger part in deciding which guild wins as the video showed Evie pwning Lann and FiFi with reverse gravity(might be op if it can pick up the whole team xD....just get a party of Evies and Hit and Run Kais). Though I'll definitely be trying this..when it decides to work -_-....One thing i do know is if you have a party of Skilled +15-18k att Fiends It's gonna be brutal .

I wonder how are the melee classes gonna fight against crossbow kais, let alone closing the gap. balancing will be the toughest issue
