I GOT LOW FPS IN ZM CRATER :WHEN AN ZOMBIE I DONT KNOW IT NAME (IT GO OUT FROM THE FLOOR AND MAKE SOME SMOKE) SORRY BEC I DON'T KNOW IT NAME.

It has nothing to do with your internet connection.
All it is is low fps. A lot of people get low fps or lag when the girls come out of the smoke. If you want the problem to stop, get a better pc.
It happens when those zombie maidens come out of the smoke they fucking drop my FPS 
You can defrag your drive, delete all unnecessary programs and use GameBooster. If that doesn't help do what @Blake said
