Look at the Attachment.
It doesnt open a window, but just a Trayicon.
You don't need to do anything with it to use it ingame, you can just show Credits,Help and close the program trough it.
Just start it, then the Trayicon should be there, then go ingame and you should be able to use the hotkeys.

Page up to switch between Lightmodes(Normal/No Fog/Fog everywhere visual only)
Page down to toggle day/night
Divide to toggle higher FoV
Numpad+ and Numpad- to change Camera Angle
Multiply to toggle Zoomhack
